Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No — splitting happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your file never leaves your device.
What's the difference between the two modes?
"Extract a page range" pulls out a continuous block of pages (e.g. pages 2 to 5) as one new PDF. "Split into individual pages" turns every page into its own separate PDF file, bundled together in a single .zip download.
How are the split files named?
Each output file is named after your original file plus the page number (e.g. "report-p1.pdf"), so results stay easy to tell apart even if you split several different documents.
