How we handle your data

Scope

This policy covers Dharmdutt.com's own pages: the platform hub at the root, and the four toolkits hosted directly on this domain — Nyay Sahayak, PDF Toolkit, Image Toolkit and Everyday Calculators. It does not cover files.dharmdutt.com, a separate service with its own account system and its own privacy policy, or any other external site linked from this platform's hub page.

What we don't collect

Almost every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. PDF Toolkit, Image Toolkit and Everyday Calculators never upload your files or data to any server — all processing happens on your own device. Most Nyay Sahayak tools (order sheet and notice generators, calculators, the IPC/BNS search) work the same way: you fill in a form, the document or result is generated in your browser, and nothing is sent to us or stored anywhere.

Named exceptions

Two tools work differently, and we want to be specific about them rather than make a blanket claim that doesn't hold everywhere:

• Report an Error / Suggest a Feature (Nyay Sahayak): if you submit this form, the message, your optional name and email address, and any file you optionally attach (capped at 5 MB) are sent to our support inbox. We use this only to respond to you and to prioritize fixes — it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.
• Case Diary (Nyay Sahayak): case notes and hearing dates you enter are saved only in your own browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to our servers, and switching devices or clearing your browser data will not carry them over.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting optout.aboutads.info.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you're visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll see a consent message before any personalized-advertising cookies are set, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can change your choice at any time through that message or through Google's Ads Settings linked above.

Analytics

We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics/tracking script on this site, beyond the advertising cookies described above. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience — advocates, court clerks, law students and the public — and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Some pages link to external sites — government and court websites referenced by our legal tools, or other tools such as files.dharmdutt.com, CraftAWish, ShadiCardMaker, AI Price Metrics and LexDesk. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
