When repeated processes (e.g. an NBW) sent to a Station House Officer for an accused's appearance haven't been served or returned, and the court wants to call the SHO in person to explain the non-service and submit the pending service report.
Does the notice work for both IPC and BNS cases?
Yes — pick "IPC (भा०दं०सं०)" or "BNS (भा०न्या०सं०)" from the Act dropdown, and the section reference in the generated notice updates accordingly.
