How is this different from the Batch Notice Generator?
This tool is a free-form rich-text editor with a formatting toolbar where you type or paste your own notice layout with {{Variable}} placeholders, then print it against uploaded Excel rows — useful when your notice format doesn't match any of the toolkit's ready-made generators.
What size paper does this print on?
It's built for Legal size paper (8.5″ × 14″), with each page split into two half-page copies (Receiver Copy and Office Copy) separated by a cut line.
What happens to a {{Variable}} that isn't in my Excel columns?
The Variables panel flags it in red as "Missing in Excel" so you can catch mismatched column names before printing, rather than discovering a blank field only after the batch has printed.
